Interactive Insights into the World of Measurement Technology

Under the motto “Hands-on Measurement Technology”, the BEV stand invited visitors to the fair to estimate distances and check them using a theodolite. The opportunity to determine the exact weight of one's own signature (without paper!) using a precision scale was particularly popular - a playful demonstration of the accuracy and fascination of measurement technology.

Strong Presence and Positive Response

The BEV team, consisting of colleagues from the HR Department and the Surveying Offices Innsbruck, Imst and Kufstein held numerous talks to provide information about the wide range of job profiles and apprenticeships at BEV. Supported by former apprentices and employees from the specialist departments, interested parties were able to gain an authentic insight into the world of work and training opportunities at the BEV.

The positive feedback was not long in coming: visitors praised BEV's professional and friendly presentation. The stand was perceived as one of the most visually appealing among the 220 exhibitors on training and career opportunities.

Sustainable Results of the BeSt

A highlight of the trade fair: A school class of around 30 pupils will be visiting the two offices in Innsbruck. They will gain theoretical and practical insights into the various job profiles, in particular the apprenticeships.

An All-round Successful Appearance

The three days at BeSt Innsbruck were a complete success for BEV. The combination of interactive elements, committed employees and cooperation between HR and specialist departments established BEV as an attractive employer and apprenticeship trainer in western Austria.

BEV looks forward to welcoming young talent to its offices in Tyrol in the future and continuing to offer exciting career opportunities.
